Preliminary Matters: The Obion County Board of Education will meet in regular session February 2, 2015, at Obion County Central High School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m. Items of Note: Schools will dismiss on Monday, February 16, 2015, for President's Day. Writing Assessments will be given during the month of February. The 2nd Parent Teacher Conference will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on February 5, 2015, for all grades. The Obion County Spelling Bee will be held at the Union City Municipal Building on February 3, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. Consent Agenda (Item VI.): Background Information: The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report and the monthly financial reports/business activity. In addition, as of 1/27/2015, the following item(s) has/have been removed from the technology inventory system and taken to the Obion County Recycling Center: (05) computers
All of the above equipment was in non-working condition or of no value due to usage and age. A document describing the equipment is attached. Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda. |
